If you are listening to the Pipeliners Podcast in real time, then it’s Christmas Day. I’d like to say Merry Christmas.
A few weeks ago, in episode 50, I announced the one-year anniversary of the Pipeliners Podcast. I expressed my thanks to the listeners and made some announcements about what we’re planning for the upcoming year. Basically, more of the same with interesting topics and interesting guests to help educate the listeners on all the various aspects of the pipeline business.
Today, it’s Christmas. Christmas is a season when I often reflect on the things that matter the most in my life. Family, friends, basically the people that I make this journey of life with.
This may sound a little cheesy, but this is real for me. This Pipeliners Podcast thing has been quite the adventure. I’ve been meeting new people. I’ve been engaging with listeners. It’s really been awesome.
As part of my thankfulness for this Christmas season and for the listeners of the Pipeliners Podcast, today I’m offering a special gift to those of you who are willing to go on a bit of a hunt.
Here’s the deal. For the first 25 listeners who complete this hunt, we are going to give you a $25 iTunes gift card. All you have to do is the following. Go to the pipelinepodcastnetwork.com website and to the episode 55 episode page, click through the link on that page to the gift page. Fill out a form and answer the following questions.
Here’s the fun bit. You’re probably familiar with the music that’s at the intro and the outro of the podcast episode. What you need to figure out before you go to the form is who is the artist, what’s the name of the album, and what’s the name of the song for the music that we use on the podcast.
Once you have that information and go to the form, all you have to do is put that information into the form. You’ll get the gift card of $25. All you have to do is fill out the form, and you will get the gift card. That’s our Christmas gift to you, the listeners, for going on this little adventure.
We’re also going to be asking you for your name and title so that we can know who is listening to the show. Your email will be used to deliver the gift card to you. Don’t worry. We’re not going to be sending you any marketing emails. That would violate our policy.
I’m just trying to understand who’s out there listening. That’s going to help me program episodes in the future that I think would be interesting and engaging for those of you that are listening.
All you have to do is be one of the first 25 to complete the adventure and get it done before the 7th of January. From me to you, Merry Christmas.
