Ashlin Bollacker is Director of Pipeline Safety at the Interstate Natural Gas Association of America (INGAA), where she leads pipeline safety initiatives and stakeholder engagement across the industry.
She spent over a decade at PHMSA, most recently directing outreach, engagement, and communications strategy, including a nationwide Emergency Response Guidebook rollout that reached more than 2 million recipients. Her background spans regulatory rulemaking, coalition building, and translating complex safety and compliance information for technical and public audiences alike. With 15+ years across government and private-sector roles, she brings a rare combination of federal regulatory depth and communications strategy to conversations about pipeline safety.
