Dave Curtis is Vice President of Technical Services at GPA Midstream Association, where he provides leadership and strategic direction for the organization’s technical standards, research, and educational programs. With more than 33 years of experience across the energy and environmental industries, his background includes operations leadership, measurement and analytical services, business development, strategy, and industry advocacy.
Prior to joining GPA Midstream, Dave served as Chief Revenue Officer at SPL and previously as Measurement and Product Validation Manager at Anadarko Petroleum. Earlier in his career, he founded and operated an environmental services company specializing in emissions monitoring, site remediation, worker safety monitoring, and emergency response services. Dave has also been actively involved with industry organizations including American Petroleum Institute and GPA Midstream, supporting standards development, technical education, and industry collaboration.
