Jerry Rau is a pipeline engineering professional with extensive experience in corrosion control and integrity management. He has played a significant role in the development of industry standards, directed pipeline research initiatives, and authored numerous technical papers and industry presentations. Jerry has developed and implemented threat assessment and risk management programs and currently manages a multidisciplinary engineering team focused on codes compliance, corrosion control, pipeline technical services, and data analysis and integration. His expertise spans onshore and offshore applications, with specialization in cathodic protection, chemical inhibition, coatings, materials selection, and corrosion-resistant alloys, supporting both structural reliability and failure avoidance.
