Bio
Paul has over 35 years of Executive and engineering experience within the natural gas industry. As Vice President, Paul provides overall direction of the company’s Engineering, Environmental, Field Operations, Right of Way, Health & Safety and Procurement functions. Over his tenure at Iroquois, Paul has led various technical Department’s including Engineering, Field Operations and Right of Way.
Prior to joining Iroquois in 1997, Paul was with Algonquin Gas Transmission where he held various supervisory and field engineering positions. Prior to Algonquin, Paul was an engineer for the State of CT’s Gas Pipeline Safety Unit.
Paul is currently the Chair of the INGAA Foundation, the trade organization for the entire value chain of the North American natural gas transmission industry. He is Vice Chair of the Northeast Gas Association, Operations Managing Committee and a member of the INGAA Pipeline Safety Executive Committee. Paul has previously testified to Congress representing INGAA on pipeline safety.
