| Scott Martin has more than 17 years of experience in biogas conveyance, treatment, beneficial use, and regulatory compliance. He serves as a project manager and consultant for biogas utilization and RNG projects, from preliminary feasibility through commissioning. He also has extensive environmental permitting experience (air, solid waste, beneficial use), and direct experience in preparing environmental permit application documents / operating plans for all types of biogas generation facilities. Scott’s core engineering competencies include gas process engineering, mechanical and civil design, and overall balance of plant facility design. |
