Stan Calame is a Measurement and Control Advisor with over 36 years of experience in the energy industry. A Corsicana, Texas native and proud Texas A&M graduate with a B.S. in Industrial Distribution, Stan began his career with Emerson straight out of college and has been with the company ever since.
Since 2008, his work has focused on upstream and midstream oil and gas operations, specializing in allocation and custody transfer measurement of oil, water, and gas. In addition to his technical expertise, Stan is a respected instructor, having taught at the International School of Hydrocarbon Measurement (ISHM), the American School of Gas Measurement Technology (ASGMT), the Gas Certification Institute (GCI), and through Bureau of Land Management (BLM) outreach programs.
Throughout his career, Stan has been dedicated to advancing operational excellence and process insight through instrumentation, controls, and edge computing technologies.
