Vickie has 30 years of experience in pipeline control, regulatory support, scheduling, and operations across the hazardous liquids, natural gas, and liquefied natural gas (LNG) sectors, with expertise in control room management (CRM), operator qualification (OQ), federal and state regulations, process audits, and scheduling. She is also an expert in 49 CFR 199 and 49 CFR 40 drug and alcohol (D&A) compliance.
